LittleBigPlanet Is a Go!

Friday evening my phone rang. Since I didn't recognize the number, I let it go to voicemail. It turns out that GameStop was calling with their automated system to inform me that LittleBigPlanet would be available Saturday afternoon. This was good news, because we all know of the delay by now.

So, Saturday morning around 11:00am or so I went down to pick it up, after calling them to make sure it was in. I've played through the first few worlds already, getting a feel for the game once more. Unfortunately, the servers don't come up until today (possibly tomorrow?), so the online content and redeeming my special Sackboy costume codes is out of the picture right now.

Still, its good to have a full release copy of the game in my hands and to have a slight head start in unlocking the content on the disc.
