You know what's funny? The IT department at the company I work for can't make up their minds. Right after Gmail was introduced, access was blocked to it from work computers. Then, probably about six months ago, we could get to it again. Just the other day they blocked it once again.
To make matters worse, this time they blocked Flickr and Photobucket, so now every time I load up someone's site with a Flickr module or Photobucket image, I get the "This site has been blocked from access..." screen in whatever small area that photo or the module would normally take up on the screen.
I can understand them blocking inappropriate sites, but if someone wants to use Gmail or modify their Flickr albums on their lunch, who cares? If they abuse the Internet at work, just fire them. Yes, I am evil.
