Its official! We finally have a firm release date for the first post-series SG-1 movie, Stargate: The Ark of Truth. It'll be available in region one DVD format only on March 11, 2008. You can bet I'll be picking it up that day, as it would be nearly a year without any new SG-1 material...and I'm aching for more. ;) According to GateWorld, its a 97-minute feature, presented in wide screen format (16:9), which will likely come packaged with commentaries and other extras, much like the season box sets.
